Shipping
When will I receive my order?
In general, it takes us 1 to 4 days to process an order, after which it is shipped. Shipping time depends on your country, but can be estimated as follows:
- United States: 2-3 business days
- Europe: 1-3 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 2-3 business days
To summarize, you receive your order within 5 days on average.

Our execution times for posters and framed posters may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We are seeing delays in our supply chain, especially with distributors and carriers, as the entire industry is struggling.
What countries do you deliver to?
We have chosen to deliver orders only to countries where we can produce locally, in order to limit the CO² emissions caused by the delivery of our products.
Here are the countries for which orders are possible:
- European Union
- Scandinavia
- United Kingdom
- USA
- Australia and New Zealand
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
Additional customs fees and taxes may be charged for international orders. These fees are not under our control and are assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary considerably from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the shipping address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbor’s house in case the courier has left the package at their house.
- If the delivery address is correct and the package was not left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, contact us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr indicating your order number.
- If the shipping address is incorrect, we can send you a replacement order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand company. They have locations all over the world, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the nearest location. To shorten our delivery times and reduce our carbon footprint, we produce locally in 24 countries.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about the tracking or shipping of your order, email us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr.
I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?
We are sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr within one week with pictures of the damaged product, your order number and any other details about your order. We will answer you as soon as possible!
Returns
What is your return policy?
Because our products are printed on demand for sustainable and environmentally friendly production, we do not offer returns or exchanges. But if something is wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these cases arise, please contact us at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will resolve the issue for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
At this time, we do not offer an exchange. If you’re not sure which size is right for you, check out our size charts – we have one for every item in our store, in the product description section.
Although it is rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at frogposters@ohmyfrog.fr within one week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new item or refund your money!

Is the information on the poster verified?
We also go out into the field to interview "real people" and gather their opinions and knowledge. This was the case for the poster on butcher's cuts. Finally, we cross-reference the information we've gathered with reliable sources on the web like Wikipedia, just to make sure our information is accurate.
How are posters packed?
To ensure that your posters arrive in perfect condition, we have selected a solid, reliable packaging. The photos below are examples only, as packaging may vary from country to country.
The poster is packaged in a strong, sturdy tube. Depending on the country, the tube may be surrounded by a shipping sleeve to prevent the tube from rolling. Inside the tube, the poster is wrapped in tissue paper to prevent scratching.



What kind of paper is used?
Your poster is printed on high-weight matte white paper with a natural, smooth, uncoated finish that feels luxurious to the touch. The perfect option to stand the test of time.
This paper is made from wood from sustainably and responsibly managed FSC-certified forests.
What is your return policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you don't like the poster, you can return it within 14 days in its original packaging to: Frog Posters, 2 rue des Aires, 13350 Charleval, France
We will refund your money as soon as we receive it, using the same payment method you used. As we print your poster as close to you as possible, we cannot cover the cost of returns.
